RESOLUTION SETTING DIRECTORS FEE
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of
the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: Directors attending Board of
Director meetings shall be entitled to the sum of $35.00
for each meeting so attended, provided, however, that the
compensation fixed herein shall not be paid for attendance
at more than two meetings per calendar month.
Section 2: The compensation fixed herein shall
be in effect for all meetings attended subsequent to
January 1, 1968.
Pased and adopted this 18th day of September,
1967 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Mahr, Paul, Blanchard
NOES: Directors: None
ABSENT: Directors: Dow, Vanderbeck
