RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FINDING AND DETERMINING
THE PREVAILING WAGES RATES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
REES ROAD SEWER
Pursuant to Section 1753 of the Labor Code of the State
of California, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District does hereby find and determine the prevailing wage
rates to be used in the construction of Rees Road Sewers to be as
set forth on the pages attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October,
1967, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors Mahr, Paul, Vanderbeck, Blanchard
NOES: Directors NONE
ABSENT: Direcotors Dow.
