RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF REES ROAD SEWERS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District received and publicly opened and read bids for
construction of a sanitary sewer along Rees Road on 16 October
1907, and
WHEREAS, tee Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District being fully advised in the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: The San Marcos County Water District does
hereby award a contract to L. Castillo & Son
Section 2: The President and Secretary arc hereby author-
ized to execute the contract documents as Contained in the plans and
specifications for the construction of the sanitary sewer along Rees
Road, and are further authorized to do any and all things necessary
to effectuate the contract bet~qecn the San Marcos Codnty ;later Dis-
trict add L. Castillo and Son
for tile construction of a sanitary sewer along Rees Road.
Section 3; All bids received by the Board of Directors for
the construction of a sanitary sewer along Rees Road are hereby re-
jected, except the bid of L. Castil].o & Son

by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors Mahr, Paul Vanderbeck and Blanchard
