RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FIXING AND DETER-
MINING THE PREVAILING WAGE REATES PURSUANT TO THE
LABOR CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor
Code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District does hereby find and determine the pre-
vailing wage rates for the various classifications of mechanics and
laboreres to be as set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof. Said prevailing wage rates shall apply to the con-
struction of sewage improvements to the District's existing sewer
system together with the construction of the District's sewage out-
fall system.
PASSED, AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 1968,
by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors: Dow, Dutton, Mahr, Vanderbeck, Blanchard.
