Whereas, for the purposes of the Agreement for coverage under the Old-Age·
Survivors and Disability Insurance program established in Title II of the Social
Security Act entered into on August 14 · 1986 , by the State and the
San Marcos County Water District hereinafter designated as the Public

Agency, and pursuant to Resolution No. 25 adopted by the Board of Directors

WHEREAS, the Public Agency now deslres to vest the authority and duty to
act as Authorized Agent for the p,arposes of said Agreement in a position of the
Public Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That effective 6 May ~ 19 68__.,
the authority and duty to act ss Authorized Agent of the Public Agency under said
agreement and all amendments thereto is hereby vested in the position of General Manager
