RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING THE BID
OF DORYMAN CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF INTERCEPTOR AND OUTFALL SEWERS, SPECIFI-
CATION NO, 18-04.
WHERFAS, ~he San Marcos County Water District has heretofore
advertised for bids for the construction of Scheme I, Sewer Improvements,
Interceptor and Outfall Sewers, Specification No. 18-04, pursuant to plans
and specifications prepared by Charles L. Larrick, Registered Civil Engineer,
Of L H Associates , Inc., and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received on
Specification No. 18-04, and
WHEREAS, bids were duly received by the Board of Directors of
San Marcos County Water District on behalf of Improvement District No. 6,
on Monday, June 17, 1968, at 3:00 p.m. , at the office of the District, and
said bids were duly and publicly opened and read,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: That the bid of Doffman Construction Co. , whose
address is 124 N. La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California, in the amount of
$ 721,863.00, for the construction of said Interceptor and Outfall Sewers,
Specification No. 18-04, for the San Marcos County Water District Improve-
ment District No. 6, pursuant to the plans and specifications prepared by
Charles L. Larrick of L ~ Associates, Inc. , is hereby accepted.
Section 2: Save and except the bid of Dorfman Construction Co. ,
all bids received by the San Marcos County Water District on june 17, 1988,
fur tbe construction of said Interceptor and Outfall Sewers, Specification No.
18-04, are hereby rejected.
Section 3: The President is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a contract with Doffman Construction Go. pursuant to the plans and
specifications and contract documents previously approved by the District.
