RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTING
JAMES FRANK MCKAY, GENERAL MANAGER OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors of
the San Marcos County Water District;
Section 1. James Frank McKay is hereby
appointed General Manager of the San Marcos County
Water District effective December 2, 1968, at a
monthly salary Of $1,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of December 1968,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: DOW, Dutton, Mahr and
Blanchard
