RESOLUTION OF TI{E BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTING
JAMES F. MC KAY, SECRETARY OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District.
Section 1. James F. McKay is hereby
appointed Secretary of the San Marcos County
Water District effective February 4, 1969.
