RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING AUDITOR,
ASSISTANT SECRETARY AND ASSISTANT AUDITOR
WHEREAS, June C. White, presently the Secretary of
the San Marcos County Water District, has submitted her
resignation, and
WHEREAS, June C. White served in the further capacity
of Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District and has
similarly submitted her resignation for that post, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the San Marcos County
Water District have a Secretary and an Auditor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: The Board of Directors hereby appoints
Mary D. Snead as Assistant Secretary, effective February 4, 1969.
Section 2: Mary D. Snead is hereby appointed Auditor
of the San Marcos County Water District, effective February 4, 1969.
Section 3: Compensation shall be at the rate of $450
per month, effective February 7, 1969.
Section 4: George Herder is hereby appointed Assistant
Audihor.
Section 5: Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Code
of the State of California, Mary D. Snead and George Herder
will be bonded to the San Marcos County Water District in the
amount of $50,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1969, by the
following roll call vote:
