RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTy WATER DISTRICT FIXING AND DETERMINING ANNEXATION
FEES FOR ANNEXATION TO IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS OF THE SA~
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has hereto formed
Improvement Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and,
WHEREAS it is necessary to set fees for annexation to any
or all of said Improvement Districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District does hereby resolve, determine and order
as follows:
Section 1. The San Marcos County Water District shall collect
from each property owner annexing to Improvement Districts, a fee of
$25.00 per acre or fraction thereof.
Section 2. The annexation fee shall be in addition to all the
other costs of annexation, such as, but not limited to Engineering,
Advertising and Legal Fees.
Section 3. Annexation fees shall be for the right to the use
of the District's sewage system, subject to the District's taxes,
charges, Rules and Regulations.

following roll call vote:
