RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OE THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE AND EMPOWERING TIlE PRESIDENT OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECFORS ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT
TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE TIlE PURCHASE OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL
OF REAL PROPERTY DESIGNATED "THE HARDISON PARCEL"
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has
heretofore conducted negotiations with Mr. Frank Hardison for the
acquisition of that certain parcel of land described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, and
WHERBAS, there has been an escrow opened for the
acquisition of said parcel of land at tee Security Pacific National
Bank, San Marcos Branch, Escrow No. 448-504.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section: 1: The Board of Directors does hereby authorize
the purchase of the parcel of real property described in Exhibit
attached hereto a~d made a part hereof.
Section 2: The President of the Board of Directors is
hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute any a~d all
documents necessary to complete tee purchase as aforesaid. Said
purchase shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions oF
that certain escrow pending at Security Pacific National Bank,
San Marcos Branch, Escrow No. 448-504.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1969 by the
following roll call vote:
