RESOLUTION OF TUE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FIXING AND DETEMINING ANNEXATION
FEES FOR ANNEXATION TO THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, it is necessary to Set fees for annexation to the
San Marcos County Water District,
NOW, TIIEREFORE, the 3oard of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water DistricE does hereby resolve, determine and order
as follows:
Section 1. The San Marcos County Water District shall
collect from each property owner annexing to the Water District,
a fee of $25.00 per acre or fraction thereof.
Section 2. The annexation fee shall be in addition to all
other costs of annexation, such as, but not limited to Engineering~
Advertising and Legal Fees.
Section 3. Annexation fees shall be for the right to use
the District's Water System, subject to the District's taxes,
charges, Rules and Regulations.
Section 4. This Resolution rccinds any and all previous
resolutions in conflict herewith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1969, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Button, Vanderbeck, Mahr, Blanchard
NOES: Directors: None
ABSENT: Directors: Dow
