RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OP DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DIS'iRICT APPOINTING BANK OF
AMERICA AS THE DISTRICT'S CO-PAYING AGENT FOR
BONDS OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 6, SEWER BONDS
1968, SERIES A AND SERIES B
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District, on behalf
of Improvement District No. 6 has heretofore issued and sold
One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollsrs ($1,200,000.00) worth of Bonds;
and,
WHEREAS, The District has heretofore appointed Security
Pacific National Bank as the District's paying agent for said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The San Marcos County Water District does hereby
appoint the Bank of America as the Co-paying agent for the payment of
principle and interest for bonds of Improvement District No. 6 of
the San Marcos County Water District.
Section 2: The Secretary of the San Marcos County Water
Disitrict is hereby authorized and directed to provide the Bank of
America Series, Trust Department, San Diego, California with a certified
copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1969, by the
following roll call vote:
