RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO SIGN A CERTAIN
LICENSE WITH THE ATCISON, TOPEKA AND
SANTA FE RAILWAY TO PROVIDE FOR THE IN-
STALLATION OF AN EIGHT INCH SEWER LINE.
Whereas, the San Marcos County Water District has heretofore
conducted negotiations witht the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway
to obtain permission for the installation of an eight inch sewer
line at the ..... 18 plus 1329.3 feet near San Marcos Surther
identification as Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway file number 0-43005
which license will provide for an eight inch sewer main crossing. the
Escondido District main track, said license being dated 28th day of
October, 1968.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Manager of the San Marcos County Water District
is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute the foregoing
license which has been examined and approved by the Board of Directors
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1969 by the
following roll call vote:
