RESOLUTION NO. 332
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1, 2, 5 AND 6 OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO SECTION 32550 OF THE
WATER CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, all the owners of land within the territory pro-
posed to be annexed to Improvement Districts Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6
have given their written assent to such annexation, and
WHEREAS, the territory proposed to be annexed to said
Improvement Districts is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE , DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the territory described in Exhibit "A"
is hereby annexed to Improvement Districts Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6
pursuant to Section 32550 of the Water Code of the State of
California.
Section 2: The Secretary shall file a certified copy of
this Resolution together with a map of the territory thus annexed
with the San Diego County Assessor and the San Diego County Tax
Collector and with the State Board of Equalization,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1969
by the following roll call vote:

That portion of the incgrporated area of the City of San Marcos, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described by

1. Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Block 3 of Bennett Orchard
E-'tates Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 2065, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County October 17, 1927;

3. thence South 27°13'00" ~Vest to the Southeasterly stolengarish of the
Southwesterly line of Lot 1~, Block 21, as shovm on MEp No. 806, filed in
the Recorder's Office of said County;

505, page 6~ Of Deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
said point being a point On a curve, central angle 31~12', whose center
bears South 3~32' West 12~1.3 feet from said point; thence along said
centerline of said easement the following courses:
6. Northwesterly along said curve, through a central angle Of
479.0 feet, to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Northeasterly.
7. Northwesterly along said reverse curve, radius 2o8.2 feet~ central
angle 3~el0' a distance of 164.6 feet, to the end of said curve;
8. tangent to said reverse curve, North 42 5 West 761.24 feet, more or
less, to the Southwesterly prolon~ation of the c.enterline of the road
