RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AUTHORIZING
PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR
INTERIM CONNECTION BY LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the San Marcos County Water District.
That the President and Secretary are hereby
authorized and directed to execute that certain
contract entitled "Agreement For Interim Connection
By Leucadia County Water District", between San Marcos
County Water District, Vista Sanitation District, City
of Carlsbad and the Buena Sanitation District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1970,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: DOW, Dutton, Mahr, Vanderbeck
and Blanchard
NOES: Directors: None
