RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING ASSISTANT AUDITOR
WHEREAS, Betty L. Paxton, presently the Assistant
Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District, has
submitted her resignation, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the San Marcos County
Water District have an Assistant Auditor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board.of
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District as
follows:
Gene C. Madison is hereby appointed Assistant
Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Code of
the State of California, Gene C. Madison will be bonded
to the San Marcos County Water District in the amount of
$50,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 1970,
by the following roll call vote.
