RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF THE DISTRICT
TO ACCEPT ENCROACHMENTS
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District has obtained grant deeds and sewer and water
pipeline easements granting to the District the fight to construct pipeline, sewer collection and water
distribution facilities in, upon, over, under, and across real property; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that before or after the course of construction of water
distribution and sewer collection facilities it may be necessary for the property owner to obtain
authorization to encroach with an easement(s); and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to authorize the Secretary to accept said encroachments
on behalf of the District, and to cause said encroachment to be recorded with the proper authorities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be and is hereby
authorized from time to time to consent to the acceptance of any encroachment granted by this
District, for and on behalf of property owners, and to cause said encroachment to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
