RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
CONSENTING TO THE RECORDATION OF THE
TCHANG/WONG GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District on July 21, 1993, entered into an
agreement for the purchase of property owned by Paul K. Tchang and Robert K.
Wong; and
WHEREAS, as part of the purchase and sale of the real property, Mr. Tchang
and Mr. Wong will convey title to the property to the Vallecitos Water District.
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District desires by this Resolution to accept
the conveyance of the title to the property and subject to the completion of
escrow, consents to the recording of the grant deed.
Provided the terms and conditions of the agreement for purchase and sale
of the property have been complied with, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District does hereby accept the conveyance of the Paul K. Tchang and Robert
K. Wong property and does hereby consent to the recordation of the grant deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District at a regular meeting held on this 18th day of August, 1993, by the
following roll call vote:
