RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETMEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS
AND VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT FOR CERTAIN FACILITIES
RELATING TO CITY OF SAN MARCOS COMMUNITY FACILITY DISTRICT 91-01
WHEREAS, the City has established a Community Facility District (CFD) known
as CFD 91-01 (Twin Oaks Valley Ranch); and
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District is a public agency organized and
existing under the laws of the State of California and is authorized to provide
sewer and water service to the properties within CFD 91-01; and
WHEREAS, there are certain improvements proposed by the CFD which will be
constructedby the developer but owned and operated by Vallecitos Water District;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be beneficial for the City and
Vallecitos Water District to enter into an agreement to provide all facilities
at a single time. Contract #1615.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District that they do hereby approve the attached agreement labeled Exhibit
A and by reference made a part of this resolution which provides for certain
ownership of facilities in CFD 91-01 by the Vallecitos Water District.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1992, by
the following roll call vote:
