RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICE OF BRIAN S. SMITH
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
regrets the resignation of BRIAN S. SMITH; and
WHEREAS, BRIAN S. SMITH has served the Vallecitos Water District
for two years and three months; and has performed his duties as
Engineering Manager in a competent and efficient manner; and has
demonstrated his ability to work with customers and other employees of the
District; and
WHEREAS, BRIAN S. SMITH has determined to leave the District on
February 13, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires that public recognition of the services
of BRIAN S. SMITH on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VALLECITOS WATER
DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District, on behalf of themselves, the management and personnel of the
District, and on behalf of the citizens of the District, do hereby express
their appreciation for the very valuable work performed by BRIAN S. SMITH
during his two years and three months with the District.
Section 2: The contribution and diligent efforts, the selfless
service of BRIAN S. SMITH on behalf of this District, and his devoted
loyalty are hereby commended as permanent part of the records of the
Vallecitos Water District.
Section 3: The Board of Directors, Staff and Employees of the
District, collectively and individually, wish BRIAN S. SMITH the best
fortune in his future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of directors this 5th day
of February, 1990, by the following roll call vote:
