RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING MICHAEL GREGORYK TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Amy Blalock has resigned from the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District; and
WHEREAS, Michael Gregoryk has volunteered to serve as a member of the
Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District; and
WHEREAS, section 1780 of the Government Code of the State of California
provides that, under the attendant circumstances, the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District may appoint a person to hold office until the San Diego
County Registrar of Voters certifies the results of the November 6, 1990,
election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
finds that Amy Blalock has submitted her resignation as a member of the Board of
Directors.
SECTION 2: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
finds that Michael Gregoryk is eligible to fill the Board position and hereby
appoints Michael Gregoryk to serve as a Board member until the San Diego County
Registrar of Voters certifies the results of the November 6, 1990, election.
SECTION 3: The Secretary of the Vallecitos Water District is hereby
directed to deliver or cause to be delivered forthwith a certified copy of this
resolution to the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Diego and a certified
copy to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on this 19th day of November, 1990, by the
following roll call vote:
