RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES OF
ANTHONY J. LAURICHA
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District regrets the
retirement of ANTHONY O. LAURICHA; and
WHEREAS, ANTHONY J. LAURICHA has served the Vallecitos Water District for
11-1/2 years, has performed his duties as Wastewater Superintendent of the Vallecitos
Water District in a competent and efficient manner, and has demonstrated his ability
to work with customers and other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, ANTHONY J. LAURICHA has determined to retire from the District on
October 15, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the
services of ANTHONY O. LAURICHA on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District, on
behalf of themselves, the management, and personnel of the District, and on behalf of
the citizens of the District, does hereby express its appreciation for the very
valuable work performed by ANTHONY O. LAURICHA, his outstanding leadership,
achievement, and performance in the success of the wastewater reclamation program and
the Meadowlark Reclamation Facility, winner of three San Diego Section Plant of the
Year Awards in 1985, 1987, and 1989, and the 1987 California Water Pollution Control
Association's Award of Excellence.
SECTION 2: The contribution, diligent efforts, selfless service of ANTHONY
J. LAURICHA on behalf of this District, and his devoted loyalty are hereby commended
as part of the permanent records of the Vallecitos Water District.
SECTION 3: The Board of Directors, staff, and employees of the District,
collectively and individually, wish ANTHONY O. LAURICHA the best fortune in his future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
at a regular meeting held on this 15th day of October, 1990, by the following roll call
vote:
