RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE SAID DISTRICT TO EXECUTE THE FORTY-THIRD
SUPPLEMENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FOR REVISED
ALLOCATION OF COSTS OF PHASE IV EXPANSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT hereby approves
and agrees to the Forty-Third Supplement to the Basic Agreement
to provide for revised allocation of costs of Phase IV expansion.
2. That the president of the Board of Directors be, and
is hereby authorized to execute the Forty-Third Supplement to
the Basic Agreement on behalf of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Board of Directors on the 20th day of March 1989, by the
following roll call vote:
