RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 720
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
has found and determined that with the adoption of the new Agreement For
Construction of Facilities to be Dedicated to the District, it is in the
best interest of the District to rescind Resolution No. 720 which provided
standard provisions to be included in all agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District does find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1: Resolution No. 720 adopted April 1, 1985, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1989, by
the following roll call vote:
