RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
FINDING AND DECLARING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY
TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION FOR THE TAX YEAR 1989-1990
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District, by Resolution No.
415, elected to fix its own rates of taxation in accordance with
Secsions 31702.1 through 31702.4 of the Water Code of the State of
Cal"fornia.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VALLECITOS
WATER DISTRICT DETERMINES AND ORDERS as follows:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for the
payment of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by the
Val'ecitos Water District, EXCEPTING THEREFROM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ~A~
is S120,000 during the Fiscal Year 1989-1990.
The Board of Directors hereby certifies to the Board of
Supervisors and the Auditor of San Diego County that the Board has
fixed a tax rate of .00704 per $100.00 assessed valuation on all
taxable property and improvements within the whole of Vallecitos Water
District, EXCEPTING THEREFROM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ~A~, for the payment
of principal and interest on the bonded debt, that will be incurred and
fal~ due during the 1989-1990 Fiscal Year.
Section 2: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for payment
of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by Improvement
District Number 1 of the Vallecitos Water District is Nil during the
Fiscal Year 1989-1990.
Section 3: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for the
payment of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by
Improvement District Number 2 of the Vallecitos Water District is Nil
during the Fiscal Year 1989-1990.
Section 4: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for the
payrent of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by
Improvement District Number 5 of the Vallecitos Water District is Nil
for the Fiscal Year 1989-1990.
Section 5: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for the
payment of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by
Improvement District Number 6 of the Vallecitos Water District is
$80,000 during the Fiscal Year 1989-1990.

The Board of Directors hereby certifies to the Board of
Supervisors and the Auditor of San Diego County that the Board has
fixed a tax rate of .00560 per $100.00 assessed valuation on all
taxable property and improvements within Improvement District Number 6
of the Vallecitos Water District for payment of principal and interest
on the bonded debt that will be incurred and fall due during the
1989-1990 Fiscal Year.
Section 6: That the Board of Directors estimates that
the minimum amount of money required to be raised by taxes for the
payment of principal and interest on the bonded debt incurred by
Improvement District Number "A" of the Vallecitos Water District is Nil
during the Fiscal Year 1989-1990.
Section 7: That no taxes have been assessed on
delinquent water bills.
Section 8: The Secretary of the Vallecitos Water
District is hereby directed to provide the Board of Supervisors and the
County Auditor of San Diego County with a true and correct copy of this
resolution.
