RESOLUTION OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING THE SEWER SERVICE FEES TO BE COLLECTED
ON THE TAX ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT "A"
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1989 TO JUNE 30, 1990
WHEREAS, the VAT.~FCITOS Wk£~K DISTRICT duly adopted__ Resolution No. 854
electing to have the sewer service fees for Improvement District "A" for
Fiscal Year July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990, collected on the Tax Roll.
WHEREAS, a written report has been prepared and filed with the District,
which report contains a description of each parcel of real property in
Improvement District "A" receiving sewer service and the amount of the sewer
service fee for each parcel for the Fiscal year 1989-1990.
WherEAS, the Secretary of the District ba.~ prepared and caused notices
to be mailed and published in the form and manner prescribed by law.
WHEREAS, on July 17, 1989, at the hour of 3:30 PM, at the office of the
District, 788 West San Marcos Boulevard, San Mmrcos, California, a duly
noticed hearing was held with respect to this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIREClDRS OF THE Vi~T,TRCIrI'OS ~]~%TER DISTRICT
DOES HEREBY F/ND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS I~OT,Tf3WS:
Section 1: The sewer service fees for Improvement District "A" for
Fiscal year 1989-1990, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A",
are hereby approved.
Section 2: Sewer service fees for properties that connect to the
District sewer system subsequent to approval of the forgoing report or
properties connected to the system t_hat are not included in the report for any
reason, shm]l be billed to the property owners directly by the
WA~R DIS~ICT in accor~ with the rules and regulations est~hiished by
Ordinance of the District.

Section 3: The sewer service fees for properties that are not on the
Tax Roll shall be billed to the property owners directly by the V~T.T~.CITOS
WATER DISTRICT in accordance with the rules and regulations established by
Ordinance of the District.
Section 4: ~LiS l~olution is adopted pur~ant to the Health and Safety
Code Section 5473.3 and is effective immediately upon its adoption, and its
provisions shall supersede any conflicting provisions or existing Ordinances,
Resolutions, rules or regulations of the District.
Section 5: The Secretary/General Manager of the VA
DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to file this endorsed report with a
certified copy of this Resolution with the County Auditor of the County of San
Diego on or before August 10, 1989.
