RESOLUTION OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
ELECTING TO HAVE SEWER SERVICE FEES FOR
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT "A" FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1989 TO JUNE 30 1990
WHEREAS, V~TI~CITOS ~I~LL'~ DISTRICT hereby elects to have its sewer
service fees for I~provement District "A", as prescribed by Resolution No.
666, for the fiscal year July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990 collected on the tax
roll in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as,
together with and not separate from general taxes.
NOW, ~/~EREFORE, THE BOARD OF D]]qECTORS OF ~ V~T.TFCITO~ ~ATER
DISTRICT DOES HE~RRY FIND, DETE~4INE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS ~T.Tf~WS:
Section 1: A written report hag been prepared and filed with
the Secretary of this District, which contains a description of each parcel of
real property in Improvement District "A" receiving sewer service and the
amount of the sewer service fees prescribed by Rm-~olution No. 666. The
Secretary of this District is authorized and directed to prepare and cause
notice to be published in the form and manner prescribed by law.
Section 2: June 5, 1989, at the hour of 3:30 p.m., at the
Office of the District, 788 W. San F~cos Boulevard, San Marcos, California,
is fixed as the time and place for the hearing on the report required by law.
Section 3: Sewer service fees for properties that connect to
the District's sewer system after the foregoing Report is prepared, or
properties connected to the system t_hat are not included in the Report for any
reason, shall be billed to the property owners di~cly by V~T.TRCITOS WATER

Section 6: This Resolution is adopted pur~ant to Health
and Saftety Code Sections 5471 and 5473, is effective immediately upon its
adoption, and its provisions shall supersede any conflicting provisions of
existing ordinances, resolutions, rules, or regulations of the District.
