RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT ELECTING TO HAVE SEWER SERVICE
FEES FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT "A" FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1988 to JUNE 30, 1989
COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, SAN MARCOS WATER DISTRICT hereby elects to have its
sewer service fees for Improvement District "A", as prescribed by Resolution
No. 666, for the fiscal year July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989 collected on the
tax roll in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as,
together with and not separate from, general taxes.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MAROOS OOUNTY
~'~ DISTRICT DOES HERERy FIND, D~, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: A written report bm~ been prepared and filed with the
Secretary of this District, which contains a description of each parcel of
real property in Improvement District "A" receiving sewer service and the
amount of the sewer service fee for each parcel for said fiscal year, corputed
in conformity with the sewer service fees prescribed by Resolution No. 666.
The Secretary of this District is authorized and directed to prepare and cause
notice to be published in the form and manner prescribed by law.
Section 2: July 18, 1988, at the hour of 3:30 p.m., at the
office of the District, 788 W. San Nmrcos BoLklevard, San M~rcos, California,
is fixed as the time and place for the hearing on tb~ report required by law.
Section 3: Sewer service fees for properties that connect to the
District's sewer system after the foregoing Report is prepared, or properties
connected to the system that are not included in the Report for any reason,
shall be billed to the property owners directly by SAN MARCOS OOUNTY ~TER
DISTRICT in accordance with rules and regulations established by Ordinance of
the District.

Section 4: Sewer service fees for properties that are not on the
tax roll shall be billed to the property owners directly by SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT in accordance with rules and regulations established by
Ordinance of the District.
Section 5: Sewer service fees for the fiscal year July 1, 1988
to June 30, 1989 may be paid directly to SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT in
advance on or before August 1, 1988 and each calendar year thereafter.
Section 6: This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Health and
Safety Code Sections 5471 and 5473, is effective immediately upon its
adoption, and its provisions shall supersede any conflicting provisions of
existing ordinances, resolutions, rules, or regulations of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT held this 5th day of July, 1988 by the
