RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES OF
SHIRLEY A. JACKSON
WHEREAS, SHIP?~Y A. JACKSON has served the San Marcos County
Water District for approximately three years; and has performed her
duties as Assistant General Manager in a competent and efficient
manner; and has demonstrated her ability to work with customers and
other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, SHI~T~Y A. JACKSON has determined to leave the
District on June 10, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires that public recognition of the
services of SHIRLEY A. JACKSON on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors does hereby commend
and thank SHIRLEY A. JACKSON for her years of service and dedication
to the District.
Section 2: That on behalf of the District Staff and people
of the San Marcos County Water District, the Board of Directors
thanks SHIRLEY A. JACKSON for her initiative, determination and
outstanding achievement and performance in her integral contribution
to the successful passage and adoption of "THE SAN MARCOS BILL".
Section 3: That the Board of Directors expresses its sincere
appreciation for the very valuable work performed by SHIRLEY A.
JACKSON during her three years with the District.
Section 4: That the Board of Directors, Staff and Employees
of the District, collectively and individually, wish SHIRLEY A.
JACKSON the best fortune in her future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors this
20th day of June 1988, by the following roll call vote:
