RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE SAID DISTRICT TO EXECUTE THE
THIRTY-SIXTH SUPPLEMENT TO THE BASIC AGREEMENT TO
PROVIDE FOR THE DESIGN OF PHASE IV FOR THE ENCINA
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY AND THE DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION OF INTERIM IMPROVEMENTS TO UNIT J OF
SAID FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT hereby
approves and agrees to the Thirty-Sixth Supplement to the
Basic Agreement authorizing the design of Phase IV for the
Encina Water Pollution Control Facility and the design and
construction of interim improvements to Unit J of said
facility.
2. That the president of the board of Directors be,
and is hereby, authorized to execute the thirty-Sixth
Supplement to the Basic Agreement on behalf of the SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Board of Directors on the 4th day of January, 1988, by
the following roll call vote:
