RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES OF
DENNIS O. LAMB
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District regrets the resignation of DENNIS O. LAMB; and
WHEREAS, DENNIS O. LAMB has served the San Marcos County
Water District for six and a half years; and has performed his
duties as Engineering Technician II in a competent and efficient
manner; and has demonstrated his ability to work with customers and
other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, DENNIS O. LAMB has determined to leave the District
on December 16, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires that public recognition of the
services of DENNIS O. LAMB on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District, on behalf of themselves, the management and
personnel of the District, and on behalf of the citizens of the
District, do hereby express their appreciation for the very valuable
work performed by DENNIS O. LAMB during his six and a half years
with the District.
Section 2: The contribution and diligent efforts, the self-
less service of DENNIS O. LAMB on behalf of this District, and his
devoted loyalty are hereby commended as a permanent part of the
records of the San Marcos County water District.
Section 3: The Board of Directors, Staff and Employees of
the District, collectively and individually, wish DENNIS O. LAMB the
best fortune in his future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors this
5th day of December 1988, by the following roll call vote:
