RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES OF
DELORES P. CLARK
WHEREAS, DELORES P. CLARK has served the San Marcos County Water
District for fifteen years; and has performed her duties as Accounting
Clerk I in a congetent and efficient manner; and b~ demonstrated her
ability to work with customers and other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, DELORES P. CLARK has determined to retire from the
District on December 8 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires that public recognition of the services
of DELORES P. CLARK on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, Tri~<EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOT.~nWS:
Section 1: That the Board of Directore does hereby co~end and
thank DELORES P. CIARK for her years of service and dedication to the
District.
Section 2: That on behalf of the District Staff and people of the
San M~vcos County Water District, the Board of Directors thanks DELORES P.
CLARK for excellence in the performance of her duties.
Section 3: That the Board of Directore expresses its sincere
appreciation for tba very valuable work performed by DELORES P. CLARK
during her fifteen years with the District.
Section 4: That the Board of Directors, Staff and Employees of the
District, collectively and individ~_ally, wish DELORES P. CLARK the best
fortune in her future.
