RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT PLACING IN NOMINATION
MARGARET E. FERGUSON AS A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION OF
CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES REGION 10 VICE CHAIR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VALLECITOS WATER
DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
A. Recitals
The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District does encourage and
support the participation of its members in the affairs of the Association of
California Water Agencies (ACWA).
(ii) Director Margaret E. Ferguson has indicated a desire to serve as Vice Chair
of ACWA Region 10.

B. Resolves
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT,
(i) Does place its full and unreserved support in the nomination of Director
Margaret E. Ferguson for Vice Chair of ACWA Region 10.
(ii) Does hereby determine that the expenses attendant with the service of
Director Margaret E. Ferguson in ACWA Region 10 shall be borne by the
Vallecitos Water District.
