RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTIAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR ELECTIVE COVERAGE OF
DISABILITY INSURANCE
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide State Disability Insurance
pursuant to Section 709 of the Unemployment Insurance Code; and
WHEREAS, tbm employees of the San Marcos County Water District have
voted unanimously to support the implementation of State Disability Insurance
at their meeting of August 22, 1985; and
WH~I~FAS, State Disability Insurance is tl~ financial responsibility
of thru District ~mployees;
NOW, TH~tE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District hereby authorizes the General Manager to
submit an application for elective coverage of State Disability Insurance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors held this 3rd day of September, 1985, by the following roll call
