.RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 726 AUTHORIZING
SIGNATURE OF THE 27TH AMENDMENT TO THE BASIC
AGREEMENT OF THE ENCINA JOINT POWERS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District previously adopted Resolution No. 726 at its Regular Meeting on June
17, 1985, and now desires for administrative purposes to rescind Resolution
No. 726.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES FlND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Resolution NO. 726 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED at a Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors held this 5th day of August, 1985, by the following roll call vote:

NOES: Directors: Mason
