RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
CALIFORNIA FIRST BANK AS THE DISTRICT'S PAYING
AGENT FOR BONDS OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
75-1, 76-1, 76-2 AND 76-3
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District, on behalf of Assement
Districts 75-1, 76-1, 76-2 and 76-3 has heretofore issued and sold Improvement
Bonds;
WHEREAS, the District has heretofore appointed Security Pacific
National Bank as the District's Co-paying Agent for said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: The San Marcos County Water District does hereby
appoint the California First BAnk (Vice Security Pacific National Bank) as the
paying agent for the payment of principle and interest for bonds of the
Assessment Districts 75-1, 76-1, 76-2 and 76-3 of the San Marcos County Water
District, effective January l, 1985.
Section 2: The Secretary of the San Marcos County Water District
is hereby authorized and directed to provide the California First Bank (Vice
the Security Pacific National Bank) with a certified copy of this Resolution.
Section 3: The President and Secretary are hereby authorized and
directed to sign any and all documents to implement this Resolution.

roll call vote:
