RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
REQUESTING BIDDERS ON THE TUNNEL/OUTFALL PROJECT
TO EXTEND THEIR BIDS TO APRIL 2, 1984
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has prepared plans and
specifications for construction of a land outfall interceptor project;
WHEREAS, the District expects to be the recipient of a federal and
state grant in aid of construction for said project;
WHEREAS, bids for construction have been received with an award date
of on or before January 27, 1984;
WHEREAS, the State of California has not made a grant offer or
authorized the award;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Marcos County Water
District requests bidders on the Tunnel Land Outfall Interceptor Project to
extend their bids to April 2, 1984; and each bidder must advise the District
no later than Noon, February 6, 1984 that they agree to the extension in order
to have their bid considered on the award date.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 1984 by the
following roll call vote:
