RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
COMMENDING
RUSSELL W. HOLM
WHEREAS, RUSSELL W. HOLM has served the San Marcos County Water
District through dedicated initiative and devotion as a Director of the
District for four years; and
WHEREAS, the services of RUSSELL W. HOLM and his participation and
dedication to the District has materially contributed to the growth of the
District and the efficiency of the District's operations; and
WHEREAS, the service of RUSSELL W. HOLM has served to establish and
uphold the traditions of citizenship through participation in local government.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: The Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District on behalf of themselves, the Staff and Personnel of the District, and
on behalf of the citizens of the District do hereby express their appreciation
and commend RUSSELL W. HOLM for his four years of service to the San Marcos
County Water District and to the citizens and residents of the District.
Section 2: The contributions and services of RUSSELL W. HOLM on
behalf of this District are hereby memorialized as a permanent part of the
records of the San Marcos County Water District.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED at a Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District held on November 21, 1983 by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Newport, Mason, Ferguson, Mahr
