RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY
TO THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AND STATING THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED UPON SUCH ANNEXATION
"RECLAMATION ANNEXATION"
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water District,
San Diego County, California, by Resolution No. 669 made application to the
Local Agency Formation Commission of San Diego County for annexation of
territory known as the Reclamation Annexation to the District; and
WHEREAS the Territory is uninhabited and the owner of the land within the
Territory gave his written consent to such annexation upon the terms and
conditions hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of San Diego County
adopted a resolution approving the annexation and authorizing this Board to
order the annexation without notice and hearing and without an election,
subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: The territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby ordered annexed to San Marcos
County Water District, upon terms and conditions set forth in Section 2 below.
Section 2: The following terms and conditions are imposed upon such
annexation:
A. Annexation to existing Improvement Districts No. l, 2, 6 and
"A" of San Marcos County Water District.
B. The exemption from liability for payment of all or any part of
principal, interest and any other amounts which shall become
due on account of all or any part of the outstanding bonds,
contracts or obligations of Improvement Districts No. 1, 2, 6
and "A" of San Marcos County Water District and the levying or
fixing and collection of any taxes, assessments or service
charges as may be necessary to provide for such payment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of San
Marcos County Water District held this 17th day of October, 1983, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Mason, Newport, Ferguson, Mahr
NOES: Directors: None
ABSTAIN: Directors: None

All that portion of the North half of the northwest quarter of Section
32, Township 12 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, state of
California, according to United States Government Survey, lying within
the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 32;
1. Thence along the North line of said Section 32, North 89°31'20''
East, 496.36 feet;
2. Thence leaving said North line South 0°06"18" West, 210.00 feet
to the true point of beginning;
3. Thence North 89°53'42'' East, 237.57 feet to the beginning of a
tangent 470.00 foot radius curve concave southwesterly;
4. Thence southeasterly, 295.82 feet along said curve through a
central angle 36°03'42";
5. Thence tangent to said curve South 53°50' East, 386.84 feet;
6. Thence South 35024' West, 30.75 feet;
7. Thence South 63°42' East, 424.18 feet;
8. Thence South 76°40' East, 288.30 feet;
9. Thence due South ~1.00 feet;
10. Thence South 72°59' West, 288.60 feet;
11. Thence North 89°32'30'' West, 628.00 feet;
12. Thence South 87°08' West, 618.80 feet;
