A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT RE-
QUESTING CONSENT OF THE McKEEN DETACHMENT
FROM THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BY THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The San Marcos County Water District hereby requests consent
of the McKeen Detachment from the San Marcos County Water District by the
San Diego County Water Authority.
2. The staff and Counsel of the San Marcos County Water District
are directed to proceed with the processing of the McKeen Detachment, and in
that connection, any such information shall be furnished as necessary to
obtain such consent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February 1983, by the following
roll call vote:
