RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
REPRESENTATIVES TO THE SAN DIEGO REGION WATER
RECLAMATION AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District entered into a Joint,
Powers Agreement dated July 1, 1977, thereby joining the San Diego Region
Water Reclamation Agency; and
WHEREAS, Article III, Section 7, of said Agreement requires that
each member agency shall designate and appoint, by resolution of its govern-
ing body, one representative and one alternate to serve on the San Diego Region
Water Reclamation Agency Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District is also entitled to
representation on the Agency Management Committee:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District hereby designates Dale Mason as representative
and Russell W. Holm as alternate on the San Diego Region Water Reclamation
Agency Board of Directors:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Anthony Lauricha is designated as
District representative and Raymond Stone as alternate on the Agency Management
Committee.
