RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
PLACING IN NOMINATION DIRECTOR TIFFANY BOYD-HODGSON AS A MEMBER
OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES
REGION 10 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District does encourage
and support the participation of its members in the affairs of the Association of California
Water Agencies (ACWA); and
WHEREAS, Director Tiffany Boyd -Hodgson has indicated a desire to serve as a
Board member of ACWA Region 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District does place its full and unreserved support in the nomination of
Director Tiffany Boyd -Hodgson for Board member of ACWA Region 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District does hereby determine that the expenses attendant with the service of Tiffany
Boyd -Hodgson in ACWA Region 10 shall be borne by the Vallecitos Water District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
at a Special meeting held on this 14th day of December, 2022, by the following roll call
vote:
