AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SERVICE CON-
NECTION FEE AND MONTHLY SERVICE FEE FOR
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of San Marcos
County Water District as follows:
SECTION 1. Connection Fee - during 1959
(a) Single Dwelling or Dwelling
Equivalent:
The Fee for each dwelling or
dwelling equivalent shall be -
(b) Multiple Dwellings: (See Section
4)
The fee for each additional dwelling
equivalent in same ownership on same
connection shall be -
SECTION 2. Connection Fee subsequent to 12-31-59
(a) Single Dwelling or Dwelling Equivalent:
The fee for each Dwelling or Dwelling
equivalent shall be -
(b) Multiple Dwellings (See Section 4)
The fee for each additional dwelling
or dwelling equivalent in same owner-
ship on same connection shall be -

SECTION 3. Monthly Service Charge:
Effective as of January 1, 1959, the monthly
service charge shall be as follows:
(a) Single Dwelling or Dwelling
Equivalent - $ 2.00
(b) Each additional Dwelling or
Dwelling Equivalent (See Section 4)- 1.25
SECTION 4.. Multiple Dwelling Qualifications:
Qualification for eligibility for multiple
dwelling connection fees and monthly service
charges shall be subject to Board approval.

SECTION 5. Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and repeals costs provisions as
set forth in Resolution No. 74 dated
November 17, 1958.
