AN ORDINANCE OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
MODIFYING ORDINANCE NO. 98 AND
MODIFYING AND AMENDING SECTION 1.1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 107
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District as
fol lows:
Ordinance No. 107, Section 1.1: Regular Meetings - Time and Place, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 1.1: Regular Meetings - Time and Place
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District shall be
held on the first and third Wednesday of each month, at the hour of 4:00 p.m., at the
location of the principal place of business of the District, namely, 788 San Marcos
Boulevard, San Marcos, California. In the event the date falls upon a legal holiday, then
the meeting shall be held at the same time of the next day thereafter which is not a legal
holiday. Notification, including the location, shall be made in accordance with the Ralph
M. Brown Act (California Government Code §54950 et. seq.) as amended.
This ordinance shall become effective December 7, 1994, and shall be published
within ten days of adoption, pursuant to California Water Code Section 31027.

this 7th day of December, 1994, by the following roll call vote:
