ORDINANCE OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
REPEALING ORDINANCES 66, 66-1 AND 66-2 AND
PROVIDING THAT RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES,
ESTABLISHMENT OF HOURS OF WORK, HOLIDAYS, LEAVE
OF ABSENCE, CLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS, SALARY RANGES,
BENEFITS, ANNUAL REVIEWS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
OF EMPLOYMENT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT AS FOLIDWS:
repealed.
Section 1: Ordinances 66, 66-1 and 66-2 are hereby and herewith
Section 2: The rules, regulations, procedures, establishment of
hours of work, holidays, leave of absence, classification of position, salary
ranges, benefits, annual reviews and other conditions of employment for
employees of the District shall be determined and established by Resolution of
the Board of Directors.
Section 3: This Ordinance is effective upon adoption and shall
be published one time in an accredited newspaper published and circulated
within the District.
