A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT RE-
QUESTING CONSENT OF THE DICKERSON DETACH-
MENT FROM THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT BY THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER
AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The San Marcos County Water District hereby requests
consent of the Dickerson Detachment from the San Marcos County Water
District by the San Diego County Water Authority, effective prior to
February 11, 1982.
2. The staff and counsel of the San Marcos County Water
District are directed to proceed with the processing of the Dickerson
Detachment, and in that connection, any such information shall be
furnished as necessary to obtain said consent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 1982, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Newport, Mason, Holm, Ferguson, Mahr
