ORDINANCE OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING ANNEXATION AND DE -ANNEXATION CHARGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DSS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 73 established policies, conditions and fees in connection
with annexation and detachments and was amended by Ordinance No. 74.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 74, Section 1: Annexation and De -Annexation Charges, are
hereby amended as follows:
A. Administrative Fee. A deposit to Dover a time plus material cost
to perform the work shall be required. The amount shall be adjusted accordingly
so as to refund the difference or require the difference to be paid.
B. The Annexation Fees are as follows:
District Per Acre
District $ 696.92
I.D. 1 & 2; or
5, 6 (and "A") $2,653.47
C. The De -Annexation Fees are as follows:
District Per Acre
District $ 41.97
I.D. 1 & 2; or
5, 6 (and "A") $ 149.97
This ordinance shall be in effect immediately upon adoption and shall be
published in a newspaper of general circulation within the District.
