A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REQUESTING
CONSENT OF THE WIBERG DETACHMENT FROM THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT BY THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT hereby requests
consent of the Wiberg Detachment from the San Marcos County Water Dist-
rict by the San Diego County Water Authority, effective prior to
June 7, 1982.
2. The staff and Counsel of the San Marcos County Water Dist-
rict are directed to proceed with the processing of the Wiberg Detachment,
and in that connection, any such information shall be furnished as neces-
sary to obtain said consent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 1982, by the
following roll call vote:
