RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT APPROVING THE SEWER SERVICE FEES
TO BE COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL FOR IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT "A" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1982, TO JUNE 30, 1983
WHEREAS, the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT duly adopted
Resolution No. 628 electing to have the sewer service fees for
Improvement District "A" for the fiscal year July 1, 1982, to
June 30, 1983, collected on the tax roll.
WHEREAS, a written report has been prepared and filed with
the District, which report contains a description of each
parcel of real property in Improvement District "A" receiving
sewer service and the amount of the sewer service fee for each
parcel for the fiscal year 1982-1983, said sewer service fee
being computed in conformity with the sewer service fees pre-
scribed by Ordinance No. 47-5.
WHEREAS, the Secretary of the District has prepared and
caused notices to be mailed and published in the form and
manner prescribed by law.
WHEREAS, on June 7, 1982, at the hour of 3:30 p.m., at the
office of the District, at 788 W. San Marcos Boulevard, San
Marcos, California, a duly noticed hearing was held with
respect to this matter, and no persons appeared in opposition,
and the Secretary of the District reported that no written or
oral protests had been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The sewer service fees for Improvement District
"A" for the fiscal year 1982-1983, attached hereto and incorpor-
ated herein as Exhibit "A", are hereby approved.
Section 2: Sewer service fees for properties that connect
to the District sewer system subsequent to the approval of the
foregoing report or properties connected to the system that are
not included in the report for any reason, shall be billed to
the property owners directly by SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DIS-
TRICT in accordance with the rules and regulations established
by Ordinance of the District.
Section 3: The sewer service fees for properties that are
not on the tax roll shall be billed to property owners directly
by SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT in accordance with the
rules and regulations established by Ordinance of the District.
Section 4: This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the
Health & Safety Code 95473.3 and is effective immediately upon
its adoption, and its provisions shall supersede any con-
flicting provisions or existing ordinances, resolutions, rules
or regulations of the District.
Section 5: The Secretary/General Manager of the SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to file
this endorsed report with a certified copy of this Resolution
with the County Auditor of the County of San Diego on or before
July 16, 1982.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT held on June
7, 1982, by the following roll call vote:
